Educational needs are always varied, depending heavily on the age range of the students and what is being taught. Some needs are more environmental, requiring space and room to move, others are more technological, requiring advanced technical connectivity and high-speed access to data and information. We have the ability and experience to accomplish both...at an A+ grade.
University of Phoenix
Hired by the Apollo Group several times between 1999 and 2007, we built 10 projects in Tucson and Sierra Vista which included modifications to existing facilities and tenant improvements.
Arizona Dance
This dance studio was a custom design/build project that featured individual studios with custom maple flooring, state-of-the-art sound system, and environmental controls.
University of Arizona Studio of Art
In December 2006 the University of Arizona hired us to build this 25,000 square foot concrete tilt building to house their new Studio of Art. The challenge? It had to be completed and ready for occupancy by June 2007...just 6 months. Despite the challenging schedule, the project was completed on time and on budget.
Academy of Tucson
Our overall design plan for this 20,000+ square foot charter middle school created one campus by combining two buildings with a covered breezeway. The project included new classrooms, sports fields, basketball courts and upgraded electric. We also redesigned the drop-off area for greater safety and efficiency.
City High School
In 2012 we were hired to do the work on the historical facade renovation for City High School in downtown Tucson. Soon after, we were hired to complete the new Paolo Frere Freedom Junior High classrooms and administration area for City High School.
