Arizona Vascular Specialists
The rezoning of two sizable residential lots on east Speedway for the construction of a 14,000 sq. ft. state-of-the art medical office and ambulatory surgery center was just the beginning for us. We then assisted in the creation of a comprehensive development plan and helped select both the architect and civil engineer, which maximized efficiency throughout construction. We were also treated to working with the interior designer, Lori Carroll, who proved as talented as she is easy to work with.

Copperstate OB/GYN
Caylor Design and Construction was selected by Copperstate OB/GYN to build their sparkling new 15,258 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility. The facility boasts several dozen new specialized patient care rooms and labs. Extensive site improvements included a new parking lot, 30 covered parking spaces (with 101,460-watt photovoltaic solar modules), secure site fencing, and secured parking for doctors and staff. All of us at Caylor are especially proud of the fact that even in these challenging times we were able to complete a project of this complexity within the projected timeframe with only a 1% overage in cost.

Speedway Surgical Specialists
As with many of the most complex projects we’ve developed, we were chosen for this highly-advanced surgical facility because of our extensive experience and our strength in communicating effectively with our clients. Throughout the planning and completion of the project, we provided critical assistance in, quite literally, every aspect: land acquisition, strategic positioning, regulatory compliance, licensure and Certificates of Need, feasibility studies, project management, and critically important physician relations. The result is a highly-advanced facility that will provide the latest surgical technologies to help patients in our community.

Health on Broadway
Caylor was hired by El Rio Health to do the build-out on downtown Tucson’s first state-of-the-art medical facility located in the ground floor of 1 West Broadway. BWS Architects designed this 9,000+ sq. ft. facility to bring the latest in advanced medical technology to patients in a carefully-planned, beautifully-appointed smart space that provides an impressive array of services, including on-site imaging, virtual exam rooms, physical therapy rooms, x-ray, and private consultation rooms.

Consultants in Gastroenterology – Medical Office/Surgery Center
In 2018 we completed a new 8,500+ square foot medical/surgical center for Dr. Fadi Deeb. We stripped down and modified much of the original structure for the Medical Office with a new reception/waiting area, exams rooms, and doctor/staff offices. The state-of-the-art Surgery Center, built from the ground up, provides 3 procedure rooms, sterile space, instrument processing, patient prep/recovery areas, and separate staff offices and reception/waiting area. 

Cochise Children’s Dental – Sierra Vista
Our experience made us the perfect fit for the construction of this pioneering new 4,600 square foot center that combines state-of-the-art dental facilities (6 open-bay treatment areas, 4 private treatment suites, plus lab, sterilization, x-ray and digital x-ray areas) with a game room, video game room and movie theater.

1671 West Ina Road
In July 2019 we completed a new 6000 square foot medical building for a general medical practice and physical therapy. The building was exceptional in comfort and efficiency integrating stone, EFIS, and metal in a functional open design.

Urological Associates
We designed and built out the 12,000 square-foot clinical offices of this group of 13 doctors from what was previously a steakhouse. We have remodeled this space twice since, as well as designed and built their new northwest location.

Retina Associates Medical and Surgical Eyecare
In 2013 we were hired to build a new medical office and surgery facility for Retina Associates. The tenant improvements included exam, lab and treatment space along with offices for the doctors. Soon after, we were hired to build a second facility in Green Valley.

Center for Neurosciences
The design and construction of this 25,000 square foot state-of-the-art medical facility was completed in 2006, and included site improvements, tenant improvements, and MRI-room construction. We were hired again in 2013 to build a 10,000 square foot addition for office expansion and to house the Linear Accelerator Vault.

Dr. Rosen Orthodontics – Sierra Vista, Arizona
We were hired to design and build a new 5,200 square foot stat-of-the-art medical facility for Dr. Rosen. The project included site construction, a 5,000 gallon water harvesting cistern (the largest commercial system in Cochise County), and solar-covered parking.

Dr. Frederick Menick
We designed and developed this medical office condominium which we then subdivided and built out for multiple doctors, including office/treatment facilities for urology, eye care, dentistry and plastic surgery.
