Caylor developed and built lots 4 and 5 of Rancho Vistoso Office Park. Desert Day Spa was a custom tenant improvement in 2300 square feet that was completed in 2006.
Montessa Plaza | 2006
Caylor developed the new Montessa Center at 150 S. Houghton. The building was completed to vanilla shell and custom tenant improvements were done for Curves. The building totals 4500 square feet and was completed in 2006.
Desert Toyota
Caylor has done numerous remodels for Desert Toyota over the past 14 years. We have worked on a total of 10,000 square feet including their office space, the used car building, and the new car showroom.
Foothills Mall Entrance | 2001
Caylor constructed a new entrance to the Foothills Mall and the adjoining Famous Footwear in 2001. The area compromised of a total of 20,000 square feet.
Arizona Dance | 2001
Caylor developed two buildings at 7200 E. Tanque Verde in 2001. Arizona Dance Source studios and retail shop occupy 6800 square feet.
Airport Business Plaza | 2007
Caylor constructed the Airport Business Plaza in 1999. The complex includes 4 buildings with a total of 59,200 square feet. Both Wells Fargo and Baggins had custom designed space included in the original construction.
Marshall's Jewelers | 1997
Caylor custom built the new 3500 square foot showroom for Marshall's Jewelers in 1997.
House 'N Garden | 1996
Caylor built a new 9400 square foot store for House N Garden at 250 E. Wetmore in 1996.
