Caylor Office Plaza | 2005

Caylor purchased this lot at 6422 E Speedway and demoed the existing structure in 2005. The 21,000 square foot shell was completed in 2007 along with custom tenant improvements per the individual buyers' requests. The building accommodates both general office space and medical offices.

Caylor developed lots 3, 5, and 14 at Hacienda del Sol Office Park in 2006-2007. Lot 5 has 5300 square feet was divided into 2 custom offices for Buzz Isaacson Realty and the offices of Chris Kemmerly.

Sunrise Office | 2005

Caylor worked on several lots in Sunrise Office Park in 2005. Lots 1 and 2 were built from ground up and have a combined 9000 square feet. Custom tenant improvements were completed in the space for Farmers Insurance and Canyon Community Bank.

La Playa | 2004

La Playa Caliente was designed and developed by Caylor Construction from 2002 to 2004. It is comprised of 5 buildings with a total of 46,900 square feet. Custom tenant improvements were done in all 17 suites based upon the new owner's needs and wishes. We have also returned to the site for all remodels and new tenant improvements since completion.

Assessment Technology | 2004

The new 8700 square foot offices for Assessment Technology were completed in 2004. Caylor was involved in the project from development through final improvements.

Pictured is a 7,700 square foot office building completed in 2008 which is now home to Realty Executives of Southern Arizona and several other future tenants.

Caylor has been working at 5151 E. Broadway since 1991 and has done all tenant improvements for the past 17 years. Pictured is the common area and fountain which Caylor remodeled in 1995.

Cotlow Co. occupies the second floor of their new building and leases the first floor to Wells Fargo. This building was completed in 2003 and has a total of 6000 square feet.
