Sega World Sports Bar | 2008

The very first in the country, World Sports Grille is a new 17,000 square foot restaurant and sports bar located at the Foothills Mall which holds several dining areas, an outdoor patio, state-of-the-art sports viewing, and interactive games and simulators.

The Good Egg | 2004

Caylor Construction has completed several Good Egg Restaurant tenant improvements and continues to complete projects for the Good Egg restaurant chains. Caylor completed all three locations in Tucson; Speedway at Kolb, Broadway at Craycroft, and Grant at Swan.

Subway | 2003

Over the past 6 years, Caylor has handled over 20 Subway remodels and new builds all across the Tucson area. Pictured is the restaurant remodeled at 3225 N. Swan Road in 2003.

Cafe Poca Cosa | 2006

|
Poca Cosa was relocated to the bottom floor of the parking garage at 110 E. Pennington as part of the Rio Nuevo project in 2006. This 5,900 square foot restaurant includes custom designed concrete sinks and flooring. Caylor was invited to complete this project after handling a 1,000 square foot remodel at the restaurant’s old location.

Central Bistro | 2006

Caylor has done several remodels totaling 14,000 square feet at the Historic Train Depot in downtown Tucson since 2004. This includes the pictured 3,900 square foot Central Bistro completed in 2006.

Ike's Coffee and Tea | 2003

|
Caylor completed the tenant improvement for Ike's Coffee and Tea on the first floor of 100 N. Stone in 2001. This space consists of 1,400 square feet. Ike returned to Caylor for a second location at 3400 E. Speedway in 2003.

The Maverick

The Maverick was destroyed by arson and turned to Caylor to rebuild. This space consists of 7,800 square feet. | | |
