President of Robert Caylor Construction Company since 1999, Rob has been in the commercial building industry since 1981. As a native Tucsonan he has always been an active member of the community. He has served as Director of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Association, been a member of BOMA and has served on the Board of Directors for Tucson Country Club. He is current the president of the Arizona Builders Alliance
His professional experience started in 1981 as owner of Caylor Land and Development. He developed and built 250,000 square feet of industrial buildings and developed numerous office buildings. His projects for the City of Tucson Rio Nuevo District include the renovation at 100 N. Stone, the Train Depot, the new Cafe Poca Cosa, Morisson Ekre & Bart at 118 E. Congress and several renovations at 2 East Congress. He has built or improved over 101 million dollars worth of commercial projects in the last 10 years.

Chuck has more than twenty years experience in the construction industry and more than 15 years with Caylor Construction Company. He served as the Volunteer Chairman of the Arizona Builders Alliance and volunteers countless hours to many ongoing ABA projects. He also serves on the Greens Committee for the Tucson City Parks & Rec.
He was the project manager for the free standing building projects of World Sports Grille, Center for Neurosciences, Alliance Bank at 200 S. Craycroft, and the University of Arizona Art Studio as well as being on the design/build team and project manager for the recently completed Waste Management Transfer Facility. Chuck has developed a long term relationship with property managers throughout the area and continues to complete tenant improvements for their respective properties on an ongoing basis.
